Notably, Chris conceived and architected the revolutionary spatial sharding framework—taking it from its original concept through to the formal grant of US Patent No. 12,356,047. His technological breakthroughs have been independently validated by a Google Premier Partner, solidifying his role as an industry leader in next-generation media infrastructure.

Executive Bio: Lee serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer, blending deep technical expertise with operational leadership. As a premier Cloud Architect, he is the mastermind behind the enterprise-grade Scale-to-Zero cloud engine that reliably powers the company's robust 255-node system.

Key Achievements: Lee specialized in designing and implementing the Google Cloud Platform (GCP)-native sharding pipeline and the high-performance edge delivery layer. He is directly responsible for managing the live production beta deployed on Google Cloud Run and for actively overseeing the company's core strategic and technical relationship with Zazmic.

Executive Bio: John is an accomplished media and sales executive with 30 years of experience driving commercial growth across television production, content creation, domestic and international distribution, and digital advertising sales. A highly organized and detail-oriented leader, John excels at building high-performing teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing scalable solutions to complex operational challenges. His deep industry knowledge spans major cable MSOs, satellite providers, and modern streaming infrastructures.

Key Achievements: Strategic Partnerships: Directed a premier media sales consultancy, establishing high-value carriage and distribution agreements in excess of $3M annually.

Brand & Content Scaling: Led advertising and subscription development for major programming networks and authorized agencies, including FanView, AAA, and the National Hot Rod Association.

Digital Innovation: Pioneered early internet-delivered broadcast commercial television networks and launched a first-of-its-kind independent ad network linking major music labels (Universal, Sony, Warner) with entertainment brands (Paramount, Lionsgate), averaging $1.5M in annual sales.

Global Campaign Execution: Orchestrated international sponsorship campaigns, including a $5M national tourism campaign for the government of Guatemala, and outpaced regional satellite offices by generating $1M in launch sponsorships for global digital music platforms at Cannes.

Executive Bio: Marian brings more than 30 years of elite executive leadership in technology commercialization and corporate strategy to the board. Her distinguished career includes senior executive roles at global telecom and technology titans, including AT&T, Sprint, CGA, CGI, SAIC, and SRI.

Key Achievements: A true pioneer of digital infrastructure, Marian successfully launched a trailblazing IP telephony company before the advent of Skype and introduced pay-per-view streaming services well in advance of the rise of Smart TVs. As a serial entrepreneur, she has raised millions in venture funding, co-founded and successfully exited MyTelemedicine, and serves as the Chairman of Targeted Bioscience, Inc. Additionally, she lends her expertise as an active advisor and angel investor with premier organizations like Sand Hill Angels in Palo Alto and the Wealthing VC Club.

Executive Bio: Charles (Chuck) brings more than 40 years of elite legal expertise to the team, specializing in corporate counsel, commercial transactions, and real estate law. As the principal of the Ingber Law Firm, he provides foundational strategic and regulatory guidance to emerging tech startups and established corporate entities alike.

Key Achievements: Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1982, Charles has spent decades structuring high-value commercial agreements, mitigating corporate risk, and managing complex asset transactions. He holds an undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from the prestigious Duke University School of Law.

Executive Bio: Matthew is an accomplished intellectual property attorney and law firm partner specializing in the protection and commercialization of deep-tech innovations. Combining a rigorous technical foundation with extensive IP legal acumen, he advises companies across a broad spectrum of pioneering sectors, including mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, and software architectures.

Key Achievements: Matthew’s expertise spans the entire lifecycle of proprietary technology—from strategic international patent procurement and trademark enforcement to drafting complex licensing agreements, trade secret protections, and freedom-to-operate studies. He began his professional path at the U.S. Naval Academy, earning a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, before receiving his Juris Doctor (JD) from George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
